Arguments
What I want to know is what kind of sources give the best infromation and are the most reliable source. Should I be looking in a book, on the internet, in encyclopedia's, newspapper articles, or state information and arguments in the government. Which source can I rely on most to get me correct information.

Internet sources can be very reliable and totally unreliable, depending on where you look. Wikipedia is definitely not a trustworthy source. State information is usually a good source. Newspaper articles and books can be a good source, but it would depend on your topic and the book/article itself.
